This and That

We have docked in several commercial ports, some having lots of

containers and container ships and some having lots of fishing vessels.

The fishing vessels usually appear idle but yesterday one was loading

tuna and apparently it was a very interesting sight. But I missed it. All

The walking I do outside and I miss the one time to see the fishing boat

at work. Well, maybe it’s just as well. I do eat a lot of fish and I don’t

need anything turning me off fish.

We are still enjoying Maxtone-Graham (maritime historian). He

concludes a four part series on “The Only Way to Cross” today. He

has told us lots of stories about ships in the past. He is a great story

teller.
