We were greeted at Valparaiso by a folk singing/dancing
group.
This port is a marked improvement to previous ports.
Valpo is a lovely
city built on a hillside. I told our guide some of the
streets looked like
Ski slopes.
We had a nice tour of Valpo & Vinna del Mar, a resort
area on the coast.
We drove along the coast and the scenery was beautiful.
Beautiful old
homes mingled with new high rises. The Place we stopped
for photos
reminded me a little of the drive along the coast outside
of Honolulu.
We walked into Valpo during the afternoon and walked thru
the streets &

Because we remembered how pretty the area was, we had
planned to
get off ship today and take a taxi with our table mates to
see it agai
but it is foggy and cold, so we stayed on ship.
We did not have any dancers this time. We are docked in a
commercial
area and have to be bused to terminal.
